Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club
This site is very active, complex and a lot of stuff going on! We transferred the existing site content to this new theme and customized the background, added numerous pages, created number widgets to connect to all the organizations they support, bands they like and more!

IDXForRealtors.com
Most brokers have websites full of the local MLS listings but now agents can get the same thing! You can purchase full sites through IDXForRealtors.com or just purchase the IDX component and integrate into a WordPress.org site that you can build or we can build for you.
Check to make sure your MLS is included in the list and if not we can work with you to get them added. Realty Soft was featured in Realtor.org magazine!

Church Site
A great thing about the WordPress platform is it gives us the ability to create great sites at reasonable costs then hand over the keys to others to manage!
Churches run on tight budgets but need a central place for events, pastor sermons, email lists and more. We can even build in private member only areas for a church if they have content they don’t want the public to see.

In my spare time I’m an avid photographer and love travel photography. I’ve sold some stock photography and have a few clients but it’s really been an expensive hobby for me!
For years I’ve used SmugMug to host my photo galleries and you can see it at www.BobFoto.com. After I upload photos I email a group of people to go take a look at the photos.
Now I’ve created a blog to post a single photo and a link to my online gallery at SmugMug.

INEVO.com is short for Internet Evolution!
The Internet has changed and continues to change our lives. This site is very related to CyberInnovation.com but a project I’ve had on my “to do” list for a long time. This is going to be my blog on “all things tech.” I’ve got a number of tips and technology tools that I use but never had a place to put them all. Now with our client projects my time is limited but I’m getting closer every day!
This theme is very customizable as well. The header, pages, widgets can all be customized!

The search box is a default with this theme
Next is the links bar and this site supports child links or what others may call sub pages. You can “nest” multiple pages below a top page.
Next the images rotate on a custom timed basis. These can be pictures of residential or commercial real estate or people or ??
The top center area is static text but does support HTML. This could be an area to add the agent’s photo!
On the right is a tabbed boxes for different categories of blog posts. So when you post to your blog you pick the category and that’s how they post here.
In the lower middle area you have three columns to add your content, links, email registration, categories, tags and more! The far right column also has email registration and links to other websites.

With my busy life and all the websites I maintain it was suggested I create a landing page that links to my main sites.
I used this theme and soon will update the photos with the actual website photos and description. The links at top are redirected to websites rather than pages and I integrated a video and links to my social networks. I never have time to update them but the links are there!

By 2006 I had acquired enough properties I decided to get licensed as a Realtor in Iowa and sell real estate. My love is Commercial Investment Real Estate primarily apartments, mini-storage and NNN investments.
Although I was now immersed in real estate I never left technology behind and to this day manage a number of sites for my real estate business. My personal real estate site is www.BobRandklev.com. In 2007 I established a partnership with Mike Shaffer and Bob Wilkes to specialize in multifamily apartment investments and we started www.MultiFamilyAssociates.com.
As I’ve worked and watched the real estate industry and technology come together we are at a very exciting time! Realtors are primarily self employed business people. Their broker or company has a big generally very expensive website where each Realtor is listed with their contact information and their property listings. This is great exposure for agents but those who get to the top of the search engines, have their own websites!
There are numerous solutions out there for Realtors, some are free, some are inexpensive and some can be very expensive. You have to first ask yourself as a Realtor what’s more important,
- Being found on the Internet search engines by people you’ve never met before.
- Or promoting your website to people you know and meet.
- Or both?
To get found on the Internet search engines you need an extensive website with content being updated on a regular basis. The best way to do that today is via Blogging with connections to Social Networking sites like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.
