Started in the technology and computer industry in the early 1990’s as a computer network engineer.

In 1998, he started CyberInnovation.com with a focus on website design/development and web/email hosting for organizations of all types.

Today he’s a WordPress website evangelist, designer and developer.

Raised in Cedar Rapids, IA, Karen worked in the telecommunications field for almost 20 years. Karen has held various positions ranging from audio/video conferencing services to customer service to project management to financial operations.

Joining Cyber Innovation in 2009, Karen has quickly developed the skills and ‘design eye’ to assist with making your website ideas a reality.

Currently residing in Houston, TX, Bruce is an overall WordPress knowledge base.

He is also the ‘go-to’ guy for all things map. He is extremely versed in development and integration of Google maps and assists with online training videos to teach end user how to create and display their own maps.

Currently in Marion, IA with his faithful companion and man’s best friend.

Chris has been in the graphics design field for many years as well as be an accomplished web designer. He has created some amazing designs with his artist’s eye.
